Ann has personally experienced most scenarios in management and has gained the skills to work through problems as they present themselves. Experience over 15 years in the Coffs Harbour area and surrounds provides a sound basis on which to negotiate through tenancy conflict, including CTTT and provide good outcomes for owners. Together with her knowledge of the latest Residential Tenancies Act and Regulations as well as up-skilling through L J Hooker’s progressive teaching program means everything is covered. From the initial advertising of the rental property to working through the tenancy application process and promoting the best possible tenant for your property, drawing up the lease according to Regulations, reporting on the condition of the property and making sure you the owner is paid the correct rental funds each month is the process of successful property management.
